A Giant Search; the beginnings of the first AA comic, part three

Now, about half a year ago, Bert and I parted ways, all in good spirit. So now the drive to make these pages every six weeks or so, disappeared. I went without making comic pages for a while, because they really form the most demanding part of my work. But after some time, I started to miss it, and I started to think about a subject, maybe for a longer story, an e-book album perhaps. And then I remembered one album which I had done in the past; Doctor Alpha, in which my favorite super heroines, the Amazon Army had played a role. At first, I thought I might follow up on that, but now I have decided to try my hand on a completely new story, that really features just those ladies and their enemies.

Now, I have been playing with this idea of female super heroes in bondage for quite a while: one of the members of AA goes back ten to fifteen years, in one of my first albums. This is an early version of the team leader, Dagger.
But I had also dreamed up a character named Hurricane, which also made a couple of falls starts.

In the end, I just lacked the time to come up with a full blown story, so I settled for trying to bring them to life through a series of fake comic covers, over the years. That's how you may have gotten to know them: here are my girls:
006

Robin Huxtable, a.k.a.Dagger. The leader of the group, blessed with super natural precission targeting, mainly using a variety of knives to work with.

013

Chou Uno, a.k.a.Pinball. Kinetics are Chou's game. When she starts bouncing, her speed and force increase every next impact. She becomes as it were, a human bullet.
011

Dame Eleanor (Ellen) Plantagenet, a.k.a. Gargantuella. Ellen can vary her size, growing just slightly or to terrific height, whatever is needed. Her strength increases accordingly.

014

Pratima Tank, a.k.a. Brick. Brick is super-super humanly strong, and nearly invulnerable: the group's main powerhouse.

And now I finally decided to take the plunge. It will be a very slow, crawling process, I'm sure, and you will be able to follow that page by page. I have a vague idea where I want to go with this story; no idea how large it will become, or when it will be finished. In part, this will be a surprise ride for me almost as much as for you. But I do hope you will be entertained by it!
