A word about the Shop
05-24-2015
Greetings! A few days ago, a member came up with a question that we had somewhat addressed, but not in detail, and more to the point: not at the right place.
The very friendly put complaint was that the last three books he had bought were all comprised of material to which, as a member he had access to already. He asked if it was not possible to put up a kind of warning to that extent on the front page of the shop. We find that a very good suggestion, and we will certainly do so in the near future.
Unfortunately, our webmaster is on a holiday at the moment (in Iceland: we do hope that he will return save and sound, not having to spend the remainder of his life in some embassy), but as soon as he has returned we will see to it.
It is true that the great majority of the books in our shops are anthologies, which means that they are compilations of previously published work, compiled around a central theme. The reason they sell very well is, we think threefold.
First of all: the central themes. If you are into mature bondage, or chair bondage or black women, you don't have to sift through hundreds of pages for your favorites.
Secondly, the pages are in general much larger than on the site. And last but not least: the shop is open to everyone, so people who want access to Coco's art, but don't want to become a member of the site, can also buy the books.
Well, apart from all of this: there's a brand new short story in new; go see!
